August & Last Half July (Peak): Full Week -- 7 nights	$950
Other Times (Off-peak): Full Week -- 7 nights	$800
Off-peak 3 night weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)	$450
Off-peak Midweek	$125/night

Non-refundable deposit required upon booking, and balance of payment plus $100.00 Security deposit is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Please call if you have not received keys within 7 days of mailing your balance. Security depost is refunded after the cleaners inspect and the keys are returned. Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
