At the base of the ski area is the Rosebrook Recreation Center, which charges an admission fee for swimming, racquet ball, exercise equipment, a steam room, movies, a pool table, etc. In addition to the excellent skiing and activities at Bretton Woods, the location is a short drive from other major ski and resort areas--20 miles to Cannon or Attitash, 30 miles to Loon/Lincoln, Wildcat, or North Conway.
