The interior of this three bedroom townhome has a living area with a cathedral ceiling, matching love seats, an antique railroad bench, oak dining furniture in the bay window dining area, and a floor-to-ceiling granite fireplace. Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen, with an open counter that can be used for serving and feeding kids, or covered with the wooden shutters that hide the kitchen. Outside the living area is a large deck, with barbecue grill and picnic table.

Also on the first level are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, built-in cabinets, and closet. One bedroom has a large bay window with a window seat; the other opens onto a private deck. Both bedrooms have a beautiful view of Mt. Washington. Adjacent to the first level bedrooms are two full baths, one of which has a whirlpool tub. As with the living and kitchen areas, the bedrooms and baths contain natural pine doors, woodwork, and cabinets. The third bedroom, with a queen bed and two twin beds, is located on the second level. |

The unit has cable TV and a VCR. Long distance phone calls require a calling card (available at local stores) or other self-billing (beware of high rates). Washer/dryer located in the basement. All linens provided and the unit is professionally cleaned after each stay. To allow time for cleaning, check out is at 10 AM and check in at 3 PM (earlier check-in OK if cleaning has been done). No pets and no smoking in unit, please. Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
